• Custodial Wallets: Users may store cryptocurrencies in secure custodial wallets.
• Staking/Yield Services: Where permitted, users may participate in staking programs.
• Fiat Integration: Fiat deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through third-party payment providers, subject to their terms.

NexCoin does not provide investment advice. All transactions are at the user's discretion and risk.

3. User Obligations

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration.
• Comply with all applicable EU laws, including tax regulations.
• Use the Services solely for lawful purposes and avoid engaging in prohibited activities, such as money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activities.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for unlawful purposes, including tax evasion, terrorism financing, or money laundering.

NexCoin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

5. Fees and Payments

• Trading Fees: Fees for transactions are outlined in our Fee Schedule, available on our website.
• Third-Party Fees: Additional fees may apply for fiat transactions handled by third-party providers.
• Refunds: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Refunds are not applicable once a transaction is completed.

6. Risks

• Cryptocurrency trading involves significant financial risk, including market volatility and potential loss of funds.
• Cryptocurrencies are not legal tender and are not insured by the government or any EU institution.
• Users are responsible for understanding the risks associated with trading and holding digital assets.

7. Security

• Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials, including passwords and two-factor authentication codes.
• Avvacrypto employs state-of-the-art security measures but cannot guarantee the absolute safety of funds or data against cyber threats.
• In the event of unauthorized account access, users must notify NexCoin immediately at support@NexCoin.pro

8. Tax Compliance

• Users are solely responsible for reporting their income, gains, or losses from cryptocurrency trading to their local tax authorities.
• NexCoin may report certain transactions to tax authorities under the EU’s DAC8 Directive.
